I don't understand how anyone thinks they can get an ipad or anything else for next to nothing.
These people on in business to make money (not a crime or a scam), and like casino's they don't gamble.

The results should be obvious to all.

I still haven't get my Lowe's gift card that I've won... so I wonder if it is legit as well or it's just a scam..

I have serious doubts about all of these so called auctions. I have noticed another one no longer uses a question mark at the end of their prices in the many ads that they run.

Penny auctions all appear to be shady at best, and an outright scam in general.
