Hi, i have been trading with secured options for the past couple of months now and was assigned a broker kate miller, i requested a withdrawal and my broker decided that i needed to increase my account by $3000, before i take a withdrawal, i exspressed that it was not nessary to take a high risk as the balance was +- $13 000, and my withdrawal would leave me with $9000 to continue trading with, she changed my password and in a matter of a half hour took trades and lost everything, my account balance is now $32 my withdrawal was cancelled due to insufficient. funds, who do i speak to over this matter.
