How do you cancel a sendgrid account. they have me locked out, won't answer my emails and you can't get a human on any of their telephone numbers. you can leave a message but they never return your calls.

Answer:

This is what they do. Support finally emailed me saying I violated their rules although they aren't told what rules. There is no recourse and no one who cares.

I was charged this month 22,36 and i believe i didn't subscribe sendgrid.. i don't have any way of contacting them. what can i do?

I use mandrill and i inbox like crazy. compared to every other esp ive used, mandrill just smokes them (especially smtp.com). i use iem (interspire) and mail through esps via smtp relays. i'm considering trying out sendgrid. does anyone know how sendgrid compares to mandrill in regard to high deliverability/inboxing?
