My husband just informed me today that he ordered something for me from shadora.com for Mother's Day. According to him it was over a week ago but he never received an email confirming or that the item was shipped. However the money was withdrawn from his account. He also sent an email to customer support. This is very upsetting considering it's not only wrong that he paid to receive nothing but I am the mother of his 6 kids and celebrating Mother's day is one of the few days a year I get the day off and enjoy how they as a group decide to show and say thank you. Also we do not have money to just throw away. I know many people feel that way but I not only have 6 kids but have extreme hypertension and Multiple Sclerosis. They/my husband has to save all year just for the smallest of gifts. I never thought I would be writing this since I have gotten many items from Shadora via 1saleaday and it has always been wonderful and beautiful. I am very sadden and disappointent now and not sure will shop again if communication doesn't improve.
