After reading through some reviews I am skeptical about purchasing from this website. As a consumer, I need to know that customer service is up to par and attentive. I can't imagine spending my hard earned money some place that would not be helpful especially with returning items. Exactly how much is it to return something from the United States back to the website?

Do not waste your money on this website, they are very disrespectful, and they do not help their customers. It was one of the worst shopping experiences ever.

The thing is. The costumer service is non existent.
They completely avoid your complaint and offer discount codes to distract you.
I learned this, after I placed my order from others that have tried to return their purchases. In the majority of the cases they won't allow a refund saying your reason for sending it back doesn't have claim, or they will bounce you back and for with diverse sale rep or whatever they are. The only guaranteed thing you will get is a headache.
No srly they don't do refunds, if you insisted with them long enough, maybe, they will say they will give you 5$ credit store, 30% off on a item or something like that...

All I can say is buy at your own risk. If you see all the bad reviews the chances of you having a good shopping experience is slim to none! Hopes this help.

DO NOT purchase from this website! The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced and they say their items ship in 24hrs when they don't. I've bought a couple sweaters off this site and they didn't look like they did on the website.

I order a lot online and Run from this so- called company. The returns are to China and must be insured to meet their requirements, so that, right there should answer your? I had a horrible experience that still continues, instead of trying to meet my more than reasonable request, they just keep begging me to change my review. They ask for pictures to solve any dispute and most of the good reviews are in the same broken English they use and are obviously fake, especially when the reviewer talks about the customer service. They ordered an item, supposedly, and received it, so why would customer service be involved? There r so many great sites, why would u bother with these crooks? I ordered 5 pieces of jewelry and all but one were damaged, one in two places! I wish I had done my research before I dealt with these thieves. Lisa

Not cheap, because you have to return with tracking number. You have to pay a restocking fee as well, even if it's a problem with the item, all the fees are piled on you. Oh and bathing suits and a bunch of other stuff is non refundable or exchangeable even if it's completely unbearable.

Sorry Judy. Shein does not Cherish its customer as you claimed. One of your Customer rep (Dayshell) i was chatting online with disconnected the the live chat when I said I want to cancel my order. Rude. After 3 years of shopping at Shein, I might finally stop and look for someone with better service.
