Hello, I received a tracking number after asking numerous times and the post office said they have not received my item to ship?

Now I can say what I want to say because I NEVER RECEIVED my order from you all. I was EXTREMELY NICE, And EXTREMELY PATIENT. I received NO RESPONSE.
