Does this company email you when your shoes ship? The website indicates that they will ship at least the next business day.
I bought a pair of boots that didn't work out. So I called and exchanged them for a different style. Person said I would receive return label to send original pair back. Didn't receive. Called 2 more times. Still no label. Each person says the same thing. Sounds really scripted. Has anyone successfully gotten a return label? Should I just pay shipping and send the item, hope they get it and pray for the refund? I'm pretty sure the shoes were knockoffs or factory seconds. They had differences from what was shown in the picture.

Hi, I just ordered 2 pair of adidas superstar and I would like to know when they are supposed to arrive. I live in Lima-Perú so I guess de 5-7days delivery does not apply. Please let me know when they will arrive, just to make sure that someone is at home to receive them. Thanks!

Don't buy from Shoes.com, is not the same company, I used to buy from shoe buy. Com and they were very professional and no restocking fee, this company is a joke

Apparently they do not care. Not a real good omen for staying in business very long.

Stay away if they do not fit or are not what you wanted they take them back subject to an RMA restock fee hidden on page 2 of their website-think the FTC should look into them. Save yourself grief and avoid the rip off artists, still waiting for my refund and its past the 5 business days.
