It took me two months to get my shoes and when I finally did they were NOTHING like what the site said. When I try to request a refund they were no help at all. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

When I ordered mine it took a month. They were defective and it was a nightmare. If you get bad shoes- FIGHT- for your refund. They will try to wear you down…

Thats cheap plastic made shoes and boots...$3 to make... dont buy all asian company are a big scam

I placed an order a month ago (four weeks) and reading these reviews scares me. I received no confirmation email of order. Nothing has shipped. I guess it time to contact pay pal. Wish me luck

This company seriously they should shut down!
They have the worse shipping time and not even helpful in resolving complaints. I wish I read more reviews before I bought from them ended up spending money for I don't know what sort of heels the sent me. PEOPLE THIS SITE IS A NO BUY PLACE! They tell you shoes are on the way don't worry but you will keep waiting like forever.

Mines were arrived after one months after the ordeal of exchanged emails to locate where my shoes were. I can't believe this company is still surviving! After my shoes were arrived, I was extremely disappointed how poorly they were made and they didn't fit at all. If you can, my advise will be get a refund right away. Shoepie is a fraud company. Please listen to consumer reports!

Take my advice, request a refund immediately as you will be extremely disappointed when the shoes finally /if they arrive.
The quality and design are nothing like the advertisement. They are running a scam.

I think they will arrive. They use the cheapest shipping possible to send your shoes. It takes 3 weeks.

They take a long time to ship, I wouldn't worry about it. Don't worry! :) I thought the same thing when I ordered mine but then they came, I just had to wait a while.

Ask for a full refund now, they kept telling me to wait and 5 weeks later there was still nothing

I received a refund. I was NOT going to wait any longer. I would suggest you do the same. Reading other's review, it seems common for customers to wait a long time for their shoes. And once customers received their shoes, they were the wrong shoes that were ordered. If you paid via pay pal, comtact them and they will take care of retrieving your refund. Otherwise, you will continue to get a generic email requesting your order id number... over and over and over.

Overall my experience was not pleasant. I fought though and eventually sent them back for a refund. It took 3 months or so to get there and I thought they'd been lost in the mail - and then one day, lo and behold, a refund arrived. I hope yours turn out as you expected and I'd give it a while longer - I think they only put them into production with each order, and copy them from the pic they post. Good luck!
