I called them and was very frank with them... telling them that I will dispute the charge with my bank and will get them investigated! I got my money back next day! 100%

Go on their customer chat and tell them you rights on distance buying and you will take no more crap and if you have not received a full refund within 24 hours you will start legal proceedings. Also tell them your conversation is being logged for evidence and copy and paste the following text to them. Good luck The Distance Selling Regulations state that your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn’t end until seven working days from the day after you receive your goods.
This is the minimum consumers must be given and many sellers choose to exceed this, so always check the terms and conditions in case you have longer to return your items.
As this seven-day working period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, by law the seller can’t say that you must have returned the goods within this time frame.
Confirmation of your cancellation should be sent by email, letter or fax.

Ditto... I went through PayPal... still waiting though - as they've not been delivered - after paying $49 to send them back with a tracking #... so am holding my breath till it happens...

I had to contact them through Email and they took their sweet time responding. How did you pay? If you paid through Paypal I would just go through the PP resolution center. I eventually did, since Shoespie was so unreasonable, and it was better
