Hey Bethany, We do suggest that you check the sizing guide for the best fit, If you are in-between sizes we suggest sizing up for the best fit :) You should not receive an item that is different to what is on the website. The clothing looks like the photos online and the material is really great quality. I ordered 3 items of clothing, and 1 pair of earrings from them, and will definitely be ordering again!
The clothing was all true to size, besides one dress I ordered because it wasn't stretchy and my bust is big, so I returned and ordered the size up.  
The other two items were good quality, not cheap looking and no loose threads etc. The earrings were beautiful and heavy, not cheap metal!  

Super impressed with this company!  

But 2 sizes up and don't bother asking the ‘experts' cause they will tell you the wrong size then refuse to exchange it

Clothing quality does not look as good as it does in the pictures. I am in America and I am 5'3" and 130lbs. I ordered a 12 LOL sizing is AU but the conversions are wild

My item ran small & it would have been good to get this information as part of the item description. The material was cheap polyester which also wasn't detailed.
