What is going on with NAH? Service was always fabulous in the past. Since 2017 hit, medications are not getting out, customer service agents take weeks to respond, and when they do, they lie about the status of the orders. Tracking orders are sent, but the items never make it to the postal service for delivery, and since no communication with the customer occurs, our animals suffer needlessly. I cannot express enough how angry I am about this. They've screwed me twice since 2017, so I have to deal with the pain of watching my dying dog not get the medications she needs to ease her pain in her final months.
