on 5/7/20I have found them to 'pass the buck' all along the line. We never received a refund of any sort or a constructive answer.
I still dont know if I ever reached an actual human. I only got auto replies that didnt answer my question.
They rarely answer e mails, hard to contact on the phone long wait. Horrible customer service. Their reps seem mad like they are dealing with the same issues.
Impossible. Even though their staff may be working from home (which means they save on travel time), they are hiding behind the Covid19 scam to avoid providing anywhere near decent customer service. Very, very poor!
