on 7/1/19Agreed, smart fare proples making fraud to the innocent customers
I did Not knowingly choose SmartFares. I clicked on the icon that stated "Call for a better deal" from the Priceline list of fares. I thought I was calling Priceline.
Fake fares they give you a quote then there is a different charged price
2 days later they tell you. No flight confirmation
1- Bait and switch: false initial fare then they hike it either before or after you pay.
2- False claim that you get free cancellation within 24 hours. Agents insist on charging $350/passenger because "that's what the airlines charge, not us"
3- Rude customer service out of India even before any of these issues came up.
