I am having troulble getting the same quality of wedding slideshow when downloading as a video or burning to a DVD. Is there a solution to this? I want to show the slide show at the reception but it is too fuzzy when I burn it or download it as a video file.

It sounds like the pixels don't support the size you are trying to view it in. Try shrinking the output and see if that helps. If all of your pictures are still blurry, make sure your software is up to date. Hope this helps and congrats on your wedding!

I had a similar problem with a Christmas celebration in a power point file. But I realized the file was too heavy and I downloaded it to my computer instead use a did and it worked pretty well.

Sorry~I don't know what could be affecting your picture quality but I do agree w/ both Sandra and Paul; the best quality pictures are probably your camera's and the best way to show them may be w/ a laptop and a projector. Good luck! :)

I have found its easier and better quality to just hook a laptop up to what you want to play it on and play it from there.

I have only downloaded the slideshows to my pc and emailed them and worked great, but instead of a dvd, so far I have only transferred them to a flashdrive and have worked great.

Hi Lois F: I have made many cards and sent them by e-mail and also have printed them. I am very happy with them. I have not made a DVD or movie from these pictures. Good luck. Maybe Smilebox.com can help.

I had no trouble with quality. I was wondering, if your image size isn't large enough?. I think something happens on compression of image from original image to sideshow back to dvd... check faq for the best size photo and or mpgs best used. For program

I'd love to help you and give you a solution, but it turns out that both my accounts have been cancelled, free and paid accounts. Cancelled because I refused to log in with an email address that it's not mine. I've been told in the email that I got, that I will not be getting a refund, partial nor full.

I wish I could help you, but I haven't had any trouble with quality of pictures and burning to dvd. Do you have any trouble watching it on the smilebox site or sharing it to facebook? There might be a solutions help center on smilebox or a number to speak to a rep.

Can I ask, are your pictures in the slideshow taken with a phone or digital camera? The camera quality would be the one to use. Save it to the computer then burn it to a disc is the best quality you can get by using smilebox.
