I ordered myself, my daughter, and my best friend matching personlized bamboo watches for christmas 2018 and it has not arrived. I ordered it on the 15th of December and the status stayed on processing until Christmas Eve. My family just opened up gifts and my daughter did not have her watch to open. I exchange gifts tomorrow at church with my best friend and I don't have her gift. I want to cry.
