It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.

With this company I had to file a PayPal dispute since they would not respond, provide a tracking number, show a shipped order or any other positive action.

I am so mad at this transaction.

4/23 order with 2-3 week estimate.
5/18 inquiry 1-2 week to arrive
6/8 it's probably shipped

6/20 nothing.

I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund. Ridiculous.

Same answer as Jerry. I politely asked for a refund on a product that was unsatisfactory and they gave me the refund. Great customer service!

Yes, they refused my money when I complained. The product may such but the customer service is good.

All you have to do is write and tell them what your problem is and that you want your money back. That; s it real simple I did it and they gave me a credit. Try it you'll like it. I guarantee it,, they're that agreeable.

I have never had anything but excellent customer service and support from StackSocial: They've resolved many situations (I do a high-volume of business with them) expediently and courteously...
I concur with others here: Simply reach out to them for assistance, and you'll be pleasantly surprised how helpful they can be?!
