Well, if there is suspected fraud on your CC, then call your bank and file a claim on the amount. Bank will file a report, and you should have the money back in YOUR acct within 24 hours. Chase bank is very good with fraudulent claims. Always run your CC as a CC charge and not a debit card. The bank will also contact the merchant and get their side of the story as well.
That's terrible, hopfully your credit card company will refund money and then go after them for it. Or just refund
SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME - and when I did get my order way after I was supposed to it came damaged! And Now I cant get any resolution other than - I will have a supervisor call which does not happen - I have sent so many emails none of which are returned
It is almost impossible to get ahold of anyone. Minimum hold time for me has been 20 minutes each time I have called.
