Hi, I recently purchased a diamond ring from your site to be shipped to Korea. I received a tracking number soon after and the item was shipped in good time, which I am quite satisfied with. But now the package is being delayed at customs in Korea because they need an importer's registration ID number for clearance. Can you please advise on this?
