Does having a sweetwater account / card cost money or is it free and just allow me to buy products in small monthly incriments over time?

Answer:

It is a "store card". It does not cost anything and it is from the same Bank that handles The Wal-Mart store card. It can be very helpful. I have never had a problem with it.
