I finally received the item but it's obviously not genuine or safe!
I've raised with PayPal but they day's I have to send back. However I have to pay shipping! Did you return item fir your refund?

Is this with regard to Swegway? Paypal sent me a notice that the item has been shipped! I've been trying to cancel the order since I realised that the company is not contactable. I contacted Paypal to alert them that I was trying to cancel BEFORE shipment... this is a disaster.

Took me a week
