I have a question. I am currently waiting on product and have yet received any thing? How can I check on the status of that?

As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.

I did live chat. But after 30 minutes all I got was a bunch of canned answers. Fourteen days after order and it hasn't shipped. I posted their negative reviews on my FB page. I commented on their FB page, but they blocked me. Never again!

I know I am late but they are the worst. They told me that it was in processing after a week of the order and then still in processing a week after that. Their customer service was crap, too. So that did not make me feel any better.

I got my shirt after I put in a dispute with the credit card I used. However the shirt is such poor quality I regret ordering it. Decal was so poorly done and colors were so faded. The shape of the shirt was as if they just cut out a huge square from the cheapest material! It was made in Honduras so they are making a killing off of cheap labor!

I got a tracking number on an email. However it said it was shipped via DHL but it arrived in USPS so track the number on both sites to be sure. :) But it took like a month and a half to get here, I had lost hope by the time it finally came so it was a lovely surprise.

They have a live chat option on their website and I would do that each day to ask about my order. I seriously harassed them every day about it lol. They always told me different dates which always aggravated me but I DID finally get my order (like a month and a 1/2 later) and they only charged me 1/2 price because I complained to much.

FYI since August 21 2015 i set an ordered to them of Sweatshirt for our Alumni. Till now i don't received my package.
They send an email that there's a production problem and they inform me that they will send a refund payment and they will send your garment also. Now i check on my bank account they transfer $ 21 half of my full payment only. The product still not come. I suggest to you also to file a complaint on government online, same as i do.
You can contact teechip also in facebook. They reply on that.

Charge back with your credit card company by filing a service not render claim. Their merchant account will be affected too. Bank will hold their funds and refund you first.

Call them. Just Google teechip customer support or contact us and the link will come up where you can find their email or telephone #. You just need your email address and order number. Most llikely they will just tell you it's in production or its delayed. That was their response to me every time I called

After a month, I had only gotten two delay emails. I complained to the Better Business Bureau then got the shirt about 10 days later. The shirt quality is pretty poor though. Basically, it's an iron-on decal on a $8 Hanes t-shirt.

Go to their web site. A live chat box should appear. That's how I communicated. I finally received my two shirts. The first time I washed them the silk screen came off in places. Keep at them. They gave me 6 ship dates and all kinds of stories. They did refund 50% of my cost while I waited bet refused a full refund.

Literally just hope it comes. If it doesn't come when it says it will, put a dispute against them through PayPal. I sent them so many emails and messages through the conflict portion of PayPal and they never answered any of them. 0 communication. Terrible, awful company to deal with.
