i'm confused about the sizing of the hoodies. they seem extremely small. are they unisex? what would be chest/bra 36D?

I placed this order 104101855 on December 9th, I have heard nothing since that day. Where is it? When will they be delivered? We missed Christmas will we miss New Years also?
Still waiting on my order of over a month ago. No communication other than one email blast "... sorry we are delayed...". No response from tickets and no customer service. Last time I order from here. From now on Think Geek will get all my my similar business.
