Dear James, The first two orders arrived to us on the 24th. Once your package is delivered, it takes up to 7 days to process the order and submit payment. You will get an email when your book is processed/received and then another one when we make the payment. The last order was placed in the Contact Customer status, which means that your shipment of books was flagged by one of our processors and needs to be reviewed by our quality control team. This may take up to 7 business days to complete. You will receive an email when our quality control team is done reviewing your shipment.
