My wife is considering paying $170 per month for a 1 year commitment at knot.com. She had a 6 month subscription a couple years ago from Weddingwire which yielded zero weddings. Is there any statistics on the success rate for this sight if the client uses it properly?

Hi! I am currently building my wedding website on the Knot and it is advertised on Google even if I clicked on "NO" and that I never "published" the website. I also added a PIN and people can still see ALL the website through Google search. Our privacy is extremely important to my fiance and I. Can you please make our account private as it should be?
