How to I return item. Can't find any info very time consuming
I sent a Marc Jacobs back to the Outnet in early July 2016 for repair (after having it for 3 months). It is now 2 October 2016 and I am still chasing up the return of my "repaired" MJ bag. No one wants to help and when I call I get a different person and told that someone will call me back -no one ever does.
How easy or difficult is the return process? And how long does it usually take for a refund to be reflected in your bank account/ credit card?
I previously saw handbags from Chanel & Prada but do not see them listed among the designers. Do you still carry their products?
Are the goods genuine designer?

Yes. U cannot sell used, none branded products and advertise u are a registered dealer and all items are shipped in original designer packaging when they are not. It's called bait and switch and it is FRAUD!
