It's very easy to get a hold of customer service, there's a bright red "Support" button on the bottom right of the page, Im pretty sure the site is run by just one guy and his daughter in Michigan, so, it's a bit unreasonable to expect them to reply straight away, but in my experience, they reply to you pretty fast.
Lol OK Lenise. Yes, PLRstore is a legit company, I know what you mean though Laura, I too, couldnt believe that PLR was a real thing.
