How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at threadless?

Answer:

I bought clothing in July. I've been going back and forth through email with someone named Nick Etheridge. It's October and I still don't have what I paid for around $85. At this point I don't think I'll get a refund or the merchandise.

Threadless doesn't care about customer value, the marketing and constant sales really puts a hole in our pockets. While I feel they need to be sued
