They were just getting started when I found them. They had a shirt I really wanted and then read their mission statement. Just wanted to support this veteran owned business

Answer:

They don't respond because they are doing this in what looks like someone's living room. It's 2 or 3 people answering the phone and one guy posting supposed pictures from road trips. Call them.
