Are there other similar companies to Tmobile that are less expensive or better?

I'm trying to find a cheaper and better company. Currently Tmobile is charging me $50.00 more a month than their new customer promo. I've been with them 18 years and they just turned my phone off without warning 3 weeks after getting my last payment. Horrible to customers!
