Haven't you seen how many complaints that have been logged on this site against getting a replacement or refund from tomtop, join the queue, and think yourself lucky if you get a result Simon.
I so hope youre wrong Rob H... Ive been waiting over two weeks now and have no response to emails, no change on tracking site, still processing and now I read your feedback feeling like I should give up... & think myself lucky..
