Hi amy, there are already two topics on the topoftownboots.com site: http://www.sitejabber.com/forum/consumer-protection/has-anyone-else-used-topoftownboots-com http://www.sitejabber.com/forum/best-worst-of-the-web/has-anyone-else-used-topoftownboots-com-1?category=3 no problem starting another, but more people may see your posting in one of the other, earlier topics. at the time of writing, the topoftownboots.com site has gone offline once again. it's at best a 50/50 chance whether we'll see it again. i would not expect to get any sort of customer service from these people; they don't want their cheap fakes back - why would they? - and they're not obliged to refund your money, so they generally don't.
