As for my experience yes. Had purchased ticket with them and we never used it and just requested for a partial refund. They promised to provide us up until 3 months and that was since november 2019. Until now it is already july of 2020 nothing has been refunded to us. Worst, we cant even contact them in both email or phone calls.

Yes. They are the wrost one. It is not the matter they can assistance to change my booking or not. Nobody call you back or contact you to follow up our case and reply to me the result is theain problem of this company.
