Is Travelhousecafe a scam or a legit company?

It is a legit company that is into fraud making! No professionalism and you won't know what you will be getting until the day of the activity or the tour.
And they say itinerary they can change anytime and that it is mentioned in the t&c.
Manger won't pick up calls after you make your payment.
