It's a SCAM company, probably one of the well-installed scam companies in India. All the "travel agents" have a strong Indian accent but "non indian names". You get nothing but negotiations and threatening to pay more because your return booking ticket got overbooked. And they know by heart their three-page conditions when you ask for a refund. The only way you can escape is to cancel your credit card. Because of the SCAM reviews, they will probably close soon... and open again under a different name.
