Why is customer service so bad? Looks like the company promises every thing, but like shady dealers, once they have your money, they just disappear, never returning your phone calls, or other attempts to communicate.
I was wondering why when I called Trinity to ask them about the model of my generator that they installed, I never received a return call at all. Like I always say "once they have the money, your time is over. Jesus, it makes me mad when a company takes up that thought. They don't need you once business is done, they forget who you are. I recommend people to Trinity, but I will now stop doing that. They too, bite the hand that feeds them.

And if you still have a mortgage on your home, ask these worms straight out about the LIEN they place on your home for the system! Plus, you cannnot sell your home unless the buyer agrees to take over their contract!

Leases have no upfront cost. Your payment will be based on your current electricity use and size of system installed. Savings are very good.
