Is this a scam? The email I received after booking said my payment went through, but I won't receive my itinerary until 24hrs before the flights.

THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS PURE AND SIMPLE. THEIR WHOLE SERVICE MODEL IS JUST BASED AROUND LIES. IT TOOK 374 MESSAGES, 167 PHONE CALLS AND FINALLY LEGAL ACTION FOR ME TO OBTAIN A REFUND AFTER AN AIRLINE CANCELLED MY FLIGHT.

This is a scam company. STAY AWAY from Trip.com. Just like the Chinese government, they are corrupt.
