I`ve buy some UGG a few week a go. You get my money by credit card, but I don't get any shoes now !!! Whats about the status when do you sent this?

Is this a real website? They debited my card an extra $20.00 and I received no email confirmation of my order. When i try to log in to the website they have no record of my email address so i can't track. UGG!!! Literally!!
