I ordered and got confirmation email, then heard nothing. Chased it up to no avail. Went to the shop in Loughborough, they are trading. Guy offered me different boots or refund as the ones I ordered are going to be taken off website and no longer available. No refund has come through and no response to emails or phone calls.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Reported them to trading standards, consumer direct, BBC watchdog etc.

Everyone should do the same. Contact your bank, show them the transaction and request a chargeback as they have not produced the goods. Provide proof with print outs of you email conversations.

Will also go back to the shop with my baseball bat.

Hi I would like to give an update to any one else who has had their money stolen by uk saftey footwear, As I have already reported I ordered a pair of saftey boots on the 29th October 2010 and have not heard from saftey footwear since. I sent a letter recorded delivery demanding a refund on 22nd December and have heard nothing Consumer Direct have advised me to send another letter demanding a refund within the next seven days or I will be seeking legal action. I posted the second letter today and have informed my bank, they are sending me a charge back form to fill out.
I dont suppose I will hear from Saftey footear but will write an update of my quest to stop this company from trading
