I had to wire money western union. i can't remember how long the shipping took because it was 2 years ago. i think it was about 3 weeks. i did use the ghd, i had bought to sell on ebay but felt too guilty once i found out they were fakes, so i kept them to use. they were very poor quality, it was ruining my hair! i finally just threw the last 2 i had away about... 6 months ago. i also live in utah. i found a chi on sale at costco for around $60, so much better on my hair. it was worth the extra money. once i ordered and tried to email the company in china they stopped all communication. be very wary!
