when you are booking the room and it says for example you are paying to uniplace 250(rent)+50(booking fee or service charge), how much do you pay

300 euros, which is definitely too much. Go try and find it elsewhere.

You would pay 300. And in most cases this is non-refundable. The service fee is always non-refundable even if you change your mind. Even if they do not provide you with any service at all.

Hello Arif,

After having your booking confirmed, you will be asked to make the following payments:
1. Uniplaces one-time service fee (read more here);
2. The first month's rent;
3. The holding deposit (only when applicable).
On your booking confirmation email, you can find every payment you are required to make during the length of your contract directly to your landlord.
