I need to know how to return an item that not only arrived late, but did not include a return shipping label or specific instructions for a refund!

Hello Darling! Please use the easy return link below, to help you get your return started. The return instruction are on the back of your packing slip or on our website. https://www.unique-vintage.com/smartreturns/ You will need your reference number and last name. Please follow the instructions provided. You will be printing out 2 papers, one is your return label that goes outside the box, and the other is your return invoice. Please make sure that you save the tracking number so that you can track the progress of your package. RETURN POLICY Items must be post marked within 14 days of the original delivery date. Items must be unworn, with all tags attached. Any returns post marked 15-30 days after the original delivery date will receive store credit only. Final sale items are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. No exceptions. Shipping fees are non-refundable. However, the shipping time depends on the shipping option chosen at checkout. We have a few different options that all vary in cost, these live rates are made viewable in your shopping bag, as well as checkout prior to completing your order. You will require Overnight shipping, but we do recommend that you call or live chat us, to ensure timely delivery.
