Hello Hayyu, we do not offer iCloud Lock removal services. If you are the original owner, just contact Apple. They will help you our after you prove to them that you are the owner of that device.
To get your Apple ID password back you need to prove to Apple who you are and have the phone number that you used at the time when creating a Apple ID. If you cant remember the original phone number when creating your Apple ID. "SOL, FUBAR" meaning it is time to create a new Apple ID.
