In the middle of online chat(s) I received:
"...Sorry, I've been pulled away for an urgent matter. Please provide your email so that we can reach out as soon as possible, or call 800 455 1052 for immediate assistance"... on a few occasions.
I was made aware (by a salesperson) that anyone you reach via online chat or phone is in sales from one of their retail stores and they all handle customer support as well as sales.
