Answer:

Good luck, I took me 8 emails of arguing with them, first they try saying they never received your refund, then they'll check into it, then only partial refund, minus shipping lol that has had a postage paid label they sent me! And shipping was free on initial purchase. I guess I was lucky to get something back. Beware!
