You should be able to log into your membership. Once you are logged in, you should see your level of membership on the top left of the page. If you do not see the correct level of membership, please contact support@vetfriends.com so that they can assist you in correcting the account.

When can i expect a delivery

Answer:

Al, Our shipping policy is to ship orders 3-5 days after receiving the order. If you ordered something like the dog tags, those take about 10 business days before we ship them due to the customization process. Please give us a call at 800-975-1618 and one of our agents will be able to assist you better.

New to the site processed order(s) for coins and hat and lifetime membership even though i could not submit proof of service. is that a problem (?)

Answer:

No, that is not a problem. We do ask that you click the checkbox that confirms your military involvement. Also for our membership ID card, the service we use may be able to verify your status without the paperwork.
