How reliable are they to use? I have already purchased tickets for a concert later this year and am worried the tickets won't reach me in time before the concert.

They are a ticket re-seller and you are not guaranteed to get any tickets at all. Best purchasing your tickets from ticketek.

I purchased tickets for a festival and they are still looking for a second set of replacements - FYI it is the day of the event!

It's the admin. They don't understand anything about ticket sales. Never read what you are asking. My guess is 98% chance of getting ur ticket/s. Ex big seller on this site.

Don't be very surprised if you won't receive them. I didn't receive my tickets for Coldplay even if I paid them 6 month early. They gave me replacement tickets which were the worst seats on last row and they didn't refund the price difference.

I used them last year, never again. We only found out 2 hours before the event where to collect tickets, despite me buying the year before and paying extra for courier postage. Fingers crossed but suggest not using again!

My tickets arrived the day before the event, I didn't think they were going to arrive to be honest, I thought I was going to be ripped off by not receiving them but instead i got ripped off with the price. Personally I'd never use viagogo again or recommend anyone else to use them. A total rip off

My tickets threw e-mail arrived an hour after the concert had already started. There's no way I could make it, i e-mailed the company that evening 3 days later getting a response of you had time to get there so we won't refund your money. I really wish that instead of purchasing tickets from them I'd done my homework! After being ripped off for a lot of money, it was only then I saw all the bad reviews. I thought I'd be covered as I used PayPal, I sent all the e-mails so they could see i had no way of getting to the concert etc... To be told no you won't get your money back. So no concert & a few hundred quid out of pocket. Really upsetting really disappointed just please be careful. I've read that people had been refused entry as tickets are fake! Sorry hope this helps

Hi
No I wouldn't get my tickets from them. The cost of telephone calls if there is s problem is high cost me £56 and also trying to get courier cost refunded is a nightmare still haven't received it. Cost me £100 without any tickets.
I would only use ticket master now.

I was worried about this as well. My tickets came via email the DAY BEFORE! I just about had a panic attack because I had spent so much money plus booked a hotel. I was worried that I would get to the venue and they would tell me the tickets were no good or that someone had already scanned them for my assigned seats but in the end they worked out fine. Just a very expensive and overpriced lesson to learn. I was shorted about $250 in seat value plus a crazy booking fee. They offered an $80 voucher that I never received. I hope your experience turns out to be a better one.

They are an organisation that should be shut down and no-one is doing anything about it, the gov or police scamwatch, none of them seem the least bit interested in protecting consumers with this dodgy outfit.

Hi you will get your tickets a week before the event. At least that's how I got mine. My only concern was that they sold me way too much for what it originally cost.
Good luck!

I received an e-ticket via email that was deemed valid at the music festival I attended. Good luck!

I purchased tickets for a sporting event and was denied entry. I checked reviews and there is hundreds if not thousands of people in the same boat.
However i reported it and did receive a full refund

I had the same worry but they were super helpful and instead of risking me not getting them in time for the concert they set-up a convenient pick-up location for me. They kept in constant contact with me and everytime I had a question they responded quickly!
