My tickets were real but I was scared the person whose name was on the ticket would turn up with id. A R600 ticket the price on the ticket which we were not told ended up being twice that. Would I use them again? NO

Definitely Avoid! We didn't get the tickets after planning a pricy 3days trip to London from Italy which we wouldn't have planned if it wasn't for the concert. They only told us the day before the event about it and didn't make any effort to replace the tickets even though they were still selling them on their website... simply because they weren't matching the same price and they would lose some money.

No I shouldn't have bought the tickets on this site! Total scam! DO NOT BUY FROM Vertigo.com

Don't do it! When a problem occurs there is no number to call. Prices are inflated and when they deliver the tickets they will probably be in a totally different section!

Go direct to the ticket seller if you can (make sure you check what full priced tickets should be), if you can't get any ticks but still really want to go take the chance.

If you're not comfortable with potentially losing you money give Viagogo a miss.

Definitely not. You will pay inflated prices for your tickets. They are a 'marketplace' that add a premium for tickets depending on demand.

I never got my £300 tickets for coldplay nor a refund despite having sent them numerous emails (their customer service is appalling and their english sometimes approximate). Once they get money out of you, very binary as whether you'd get the tickets or not. So worth taking the risk? Would say depends on the price you pay for but I'll NEVER EVER use them again

No I would never use them again. I am still waiting for a refund of over £100 for tickets they didn't send. We missed the concert because of this. That was last March!

Seriously I wouldn't. It's to have and go if you get the tickets. We eventually got our tickets only after 10 emails and two phone calls, and it was only confirmed on the day of the concert at 11am that we should collect tickets from a hotel between 2pm and 6pm. So stressful. Half of the fun of a concert is having the tickets in advance being excited to go. My advice avoid viagogo like the plague. Hope this helps.

I would avoid avoid avoid. The risk you take is you are left high and dry with no tickets. I had to chase them for days to see where my tickets were and they eventually told me only 24 hours before the event that they could not get me tickets. I would definitely pay more for the peace of mind. Will NEVER buy from them again

I can only speak from my own dreadful experience with them, so I would say avoid them

I would advise not to buy from this company. They are not to be trusted. I reported them to www.econsumer.gov.

Sold tickets at inflated price under pressure that they're selling out. Found out tickets aren't on sale yet. Will not give me refund. No phone number to call. Scam.

Never again they are a total rip off. Only got my tickets 31st June after saying they were delivered on 1st April which was a total lie. After lots of stress and frustration due to difficulties in contacting them and then getting them to reply I went in person to venue box office and purchased premium seats for same concert costing 70. Each. When I received my Viagogo tickets despite them saying they were premium seats they were for standing only and at back of venue. I was charged 115 per ticket. Also when I asked woman at box office about Viagogo she said in her experience they were often duplicate tickets and so it appears to be general knowledge that this company is a scam.

Well, I did get a refund in the end but only after kicking up a major fuss.
I had a terrible experience with them as have many, you might be a lucky one though.

What event are you buying for?
