Why is your forcast dramatically change every three hours , and somehow never correct?

I'll start using weather.com when the page doesn't assault me with ads, doesn't take a minute to load and I can actually find weather in my region.
Why is your website so SSSLLLOOOWWW to load? It gets worse instead of better. You certainly can (and should) do better.
I click on hourly and nothing happens even multiple times. Sometimes when I then click on 10 day hourly will come up. Very erratic and unusable
Why is your website so abysmally slow? It is virtually useless.
Do you have any plans to make your web site actually load?
Why doesn't hourly forecast show uv index like it used to? I would like to see that feature come back
