Because people do not read their agreement before they sign it.
Whynotleaseit is a LEASE company with a purchase option. On the agreement states that you can do an Early Purchase Option of your merchandise with a small $ of service fee. Also it says that you had to be on the agreement for 5 months and after that call to set up your purchase quote BUT PEOPLE DO NOT TAKE THE TIME TO READ, they just sign it without even knowing. If customers do not call after the 5 month minimum term to purchase their merchandise on the agreement says that you have 3 options: Keep leasing the item, purchase the merchandise or return the merchandise.

Because they are a horribly deceitful company that prey on their consumers.

People do not read that is why... this is a great program and worked exactly as it said. Never dbl charged and paid it off quickly. They emailed me my final reciept and statement of ownership as soon as the final payment cleared the bank.

I disagree. I read my lease thoroughly before I signed it. And have re-read it multiple times since, wondering why they are charging my account several times a month when in my lease it clearly states that is not the case.

We were over charged and made a cash payout. Then the purchase was sent to a credit agency after the account was paid in full. I read the contract and fulfilled it completely.
