How can i get a refund for 2 orders i've made? i don't want them anymore (reviews). they have not shipped yet and it was for a special occasion.

Answer:

Scam. They promised to refund my money in February. $127. No news no refund and no acknowledgement of my reminders. They are not letting me complain on their page.
